HypnoBirthing is a 5 week course that teaches techniques to release fear, resulting in a more satisfying experience.
Bed Rest Support
We offer day and night antepartum doula support while on bed rest in your home or the hospital for high-risk pregnancies.
Saturday Series
Our Saturday Series of Classes includes Comfort Measures for Labor, Breastfeeding & Newborn Survival.
